Structure of Water Treatment Power Supply Rectifiers:

The water treatment power supply mainly consists of a rectifier and filter circuit, a full-bridge converter circuit, a high-frequency transformer, a high-frequency rectifier and filter circuit, an auxiliary power supply circuit, and a main control unit. The main control unit circuit mainly consists of a phase loss protection circuit, a temperature protection circuit, an overload protection circuit, a short-circuit protection circuit, and a PWM circuit with PI regulation.

The three-phase grid voltage is rectified and filtered after passing through the power switch, resulting in a smooth 520VDC voltage that supplies the inverter circuit. The inverter circuit mainly consists of a full-bridge converter circuit composed of high-power MOSFET modules or IGBT modules. When the PWM output control signal drives the power supply through the isolation driver... The power supply module uses two sets of diagonal transistors that alternately conduct, generating a high-frequency pulse voltage on the primary side of the high-frequency transformer. The secondary voltage is then rectified by the high-frequency transformer and supplied to the load.

Water treatment power supply features:

1. The power supply can operate in either voltage-regulated and current-limited or current-regulated and voltage-limited modes, and these two modes can be switched arbitrarily.

2. The DC output voltage regulation accuracy is 50%-100%. When the input voltage fluctuates by 10% or the load changes, the output voltage remains unchanged with a regulation accuracy of ≤0.5%.

3. It has a filtering function to prevent interference to instruments during power supply startup, eliminate power grid pollution, and avoid current surges.

4. Phase loss protection: When one phase of the three-phase AC input line is lost, the power supply automatically shuts down. After the fault is cleared, the power supply will automatically resume operation. 5. Overcurrent Protection: When the current exceeds the rated value, the power supply automatically enters an overcurrent shutdown alarm state.

6. Short Circuit Protection: When the power supply load is short-circuited or an internal component is short-circuited, the air switch automatically cuts off the power.

7. Over-Temperature Protection: When the temperature of the IGBT, Schottky, or other semiconductor device base reaches ≥80℃, the electronic switch on the main control board activates, locking the power supply and effectively protecting it.
